Charakteristika výrobku

ZMA je patentově chráněná synergicky kombinovaná minerální směs americké firmy SNAC System,Inc USA a firma AMINOSTAR je jejím oficiálně licencovaným držitelem. Nezávislé studie prokázaly, že dení suplementace látkami obsaženými v ZMA ve vyváženém synergickém poměru a vázané ve formě vysoce biologicky vstřebatelného monomethioninu a aspartátu zvyšuje :

  • celkovou a volnou hladinu testosteronu
  • hladinu růstového faktoru IGF-1
  • svalovou sílu
  • hladinu zinku a hořčíku v plazmě

Doporučené dávkování
